He has been involved in all phases of real estate, from development to exit, and has successfully completed transaction volumes in excess of €2 billion.

In the last 22 years as an entrepreneur, Menahem has founded several successful companies.

Stefan Bauer studied International Finance & Real Estate at California State University.

10+ years of experience in the real estate sector (treasury, cash/risk management, project development, real estate purchase and sale, asset management, consulting, marketing and analysis / reporting / budgeting and controlling for funds).

Head of Treasury at Fortress Germany Asset Management, responsible for the German portfolio activities with a peak of € 4 billion net asset value.

Stefan is responsible for administration and financial controlling at Rom Capital.
